How do I reset the security anti theft system on a 92 buick Rivera

There is no reset on that year's system. There is no reset for VATS. But luckily VATS is so antiquated you can easily bypass it. The security, antitheft or lock picture/icon is a visual indication that something in the car's antitheft system is failing. In most GM cars and trucks there is a hidden system that most people are unaware even exists. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM (Theft Deterrent Module). These 3 parts are in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, then these parts are sending signals to each other. The security light illuminates when that signal gets broken, even just for a second. When the signal breaks, the car misinterprets this as an attempt at theft and goes into antitheft mode. The car thinks its being stolen or hotwired because it is not getting that signal from YOUR specific key. This is why the security light turns on and shuts down your vehicle. This link explains it pretty well.

Disassembled imac 21.5 late 2009 cleaned fans put back together powers up fans go everything sounds normal but it dosent come on my external monitor I can't use imac screen as it is broken

Assuming you had a working machine prior to cleaning it, I would suggest you visit this site to follow instructions for the 27". The procedures are very similar (and nothing currently available specific to 21.5 yet) Understand that the process requires very tedious gentle handling of several cable connections that CAN EASILY BE DAMAGED if you are not extremely careful. I have performed several disassembly procedures on these models and they MUST be done with the proper tools and precise attention to detail. If not you can easily damage the delicate connections. Every screw, fastener, piece of tape, has a specific purpose and any item left out will likely result in a failure. Retrace your steps using the instructional guide (linked to above) and you may yet save the day. good luck and take a deep breath before starting!

I know nothing about face book. I need instruction on how to set up a face book connection. How to add picutres etc?

It seems like everyone these days is on Facebook, and you may be wondering what it takes to get your own account. Luckily for you, the process is super simple and takes just a few minutes to set up. After you set up your Facebook account, you could be chatting with old friends from high school or coworkers in no time.

Instructions: Step 1 . Start at the homepage. When you go to Facebook.com, you see a screen that asks you to login or sign up for a free account. Click on "Sign Up," which takes you to a Web form.
  • Step 2 Fill out the form that asks for your full name, your current status, email address, a password and your birthday. You'll also have to type in a series of letters and numbers for a security check as well as check a box saying that you understand and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy. Click the "Sign up now!" button when you have completed the form.
  • Step 3 Wait for your confirmation email. Facebook sends this email to confirm your registration. When you get the email, click on the link in the email to confirm that you did in fact register for a Facebook account. You will then be logged into Facebook.
  • Step 4 Search for friends and coworkers. When you first set up a Facebook account, you have the opportunity to search your email address book for possible friends and contacts. Type in your email address and password to do a search, or try searching by school or company.

    Keyboard key popped off

The key should pop back on... if it doesn't then the brackets on the keyboard for that specific key are broken. The keyboard will still function properly... every key will work fine.

Or buy a new keyboard.. they are cheap.

ok, place the keys the right way over the cradles and gently push down until you hear them snap into place.
Don't press down too hard because you can break them.

    Popped off key on macbook

Well, you can pop the key back in , but you have to line up the hinge part to the 2 joints on the membrane. If you're not sure, make the appointment and take thr drive, it's worth not voiding your warranty incase something else costly might happen down the rod. I know its a pain, but if that is the only issue, than you're.
