Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
I assume you are using Windows 7. There have been problems with some installations.
I would start from scratch and follow the instructs to de-install all printer drivers and reinstall the F380. Make sure you do not plug in the printer until asked to by the installation software.
This should correct you problems.
