Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: viceroy sapphire ladies watch instructions

Looking at this watch I believe the lower right button changes the watch between chrono & time. Push that button until the hand in the bottom dial is on time. Then see if the bottom right button pulls out. If it does then this will put the watch in time setting mode. Now push the top right button. This should move the hands around so you can set the time. I hope this works I'm trying to go by what the watch looks like.

Do you need a AnneKline clasp, or just a generic clasp? I would be glad to help but I don't think they allow me to give out my e-mail address. Most watch repairmen (NOT JEWELERS) will have a generic clasp for your watch, or can order one. Please let me know if I can ever help you with your jewelry/watch problems. Good Luck!!!

SOURCE: watch band adjustment for polo club watch

There are small holes at the side of some of the links. You need to push out the small needles or pins in these holes in the direction of the arrows that are marked on the links.

You can use a sewing needle to do that (a blunt one, or break the tip).

When the small pins are pushed out, the links can be detached.

Hope that helps

SOURCE: can't get my croton watch to work.

There are a few possible reasons why your watch is not working:

  1. The battery is dead (sometimes even new watches have a dead battery in them).
  2. The plastic piece between the crown and the watch case was not removed (this protects the battery from wearing down until you receive the watch).
  3. You bought a watch with a damaged movement and it just will not work period so you may have to return it, exchange it, or have it repaired
These are the 3 reasons why your watch could not be working. The reason will fall into one of these 3 categories, so I hope this helps!

Just bought the 96r000 bulove 16 diamond watch. Trying to figure out what the 2 little buttons above and below the crown do. Help! It's not described at all in the manual that came with the watch.

The two buttons are the start and stop buttons for the chronograph function (that's a posh name for a stop watch).

If you want to see a full set of instructions, go to http://www.bulova.com/dynamic_repository/instructions/561.pdf m and you will see how your watch operates.

If you have any problems with the linjk, go to "Boluva.com" , select your region, and then click on the Boluva picture. When all the models appear, there is a small box in the top right of the table, put your model number in there and you will get a full description of your watch and there is a user instructions tab, click on this.
