Question about Delta & Single Handle Shower Faucet
Yes, try changing the shower head and do not get one of those water saver heads...and even if you get a regular one take out the flow restrictor before installing it if it has one....it will be just inside the thread part and wil be a plastic or rubber piece with a small hole in it to slow down the water flow...

Had the same problem shortly after new installation of shower in guest bath which is rarely used. I took off the shower head and found tiny rock like sediment. I think from installation of new main shut off done after shower installation. Cleaned junk off and pressure is great. Hope your solution is as simple as mine.

There is not water pressure adjustment on this faucet if the pressure from the shower head has gone done from what it was after the new install remove the shower head and clean it and make sure any inline filter screens are without debris.
