How do i set a song for my text messages on my mix walkman phone

  • 1Populate your library. To get music from your computer to your Walkman, first make sure the music in your library is properly formatted. The easiest method is to load all of your music into the Windows Media Player library. Open the Windows Media Player and under the "Library" tab choose "Add to Library." A dialog box will open asking what files on your computer you wish to scan for music files. Make your selections and click "OK." Media Player will begin pulling music files into the library.
  • 2Import CDs. If the music you wish to upload to your Walkman resides on CDs you will need to import those into your library as well. Clicking on the "More Options" menu under the "Library" tab then choose "Rip Music." Follow the wizard and import all the music you need from your CD collection.
  • 3Connect the Walkman device to the PC. Your Sony Walkman should have come with a USB cable. Simply attach the cable to your Walkman and to your PC, then allow the computer to automatically install any necessary device drivers. If your PC is unable to automatically install the drivers, you may wish to install the disc provided with your Walkman. After the installation has occurred, you will notice that your device is now visible in your Media Player navigation menu.
  • 4Open your library. Highlight the library function on the navigation menu and double-click on the organization style you wish to employ. This can be by song, artist, album or genre. Then begin perusing your library for music you wish to add to your MP3 player.
  • 5Drag-and-drop music selections. When you find a song you wish to upload, click on the song, hold down the button and drag the title to the Sync List on the right side of your screen. Continue this process until you have chosen all the music you want to add.
  • 6Sync your device. Click on the "Start Sync" button in the lower right side of the screen to start the transfer process.

How to add files to Multimedia plyaer

To add file to your multimedia player,:
1. Open your multimedia player,
2. At the top-left of the multimedia player, you will see 'FILE'.
3. Click on FILE, and you will see different options. Choose 'add media file' or 'import' as the case may be.
4. Choose the specific file/files you want to add then click ok. Your media files will be added as soon as this is done.
You could also go to your files normally, when the multimedia player is closed.
1. Click the windows 'start' button, then go to your documents, or music or which ever folder your media folders are. Hold the control (Ctrl) key, and begin to highlight these file on e afrter the other.
2. After you must have highlighted everything, remove your hand from the 'Ctrl', and right click. You should see different options, like, "open", "play", "add files to media library", "play with media player", "add files to VLC media player", as the case may be. Click on the option one of the options that carry add, e.g "add files to media library". Once this is done the earlier-highlighted media file will be added to your media library or media player. Hope this helped.

I installed a 8g memory card on my HTC. Moved my

You need to open Windows Media player and update the library. The included Music player on the tab screen uses this information as well. Your music is on a new card not recognized by the player until you update the library. I hope this helps.

Connect the phone to a PC using Nokia PC Suite software or the memory card to a memory card reader.Browse to the location where the  media files are stored. Select all the songs by pressing "ctrl+A" and right click and take "Properties"In the Genetral tab, untick all the attrib value.then press " Apply " then "OK".

My 3110c phone's music player isn't working .

Open the music player. Press the left selection button and select Music library. Scroll down to select Update library. This will update the MP3 files to the library. If there is any MP3 file deleted or missing, it will be removed from the list from the music player.

Just select one of the MP3 file in your memory card and open it. It should work with media player. If it works with media player then the problem will be with the music player.

If this happens, go to Settings and select Restore factory settings and it will ask a password. Type 12345, and it will restore the settings to default. Then open the music player and update the library and it should work.

Thank you,

Now, open the Music player and press left select button and select Music library. In the Music library menu scroll down and select Update library. This will update your music player song list and it should work.
