I am very sorry to inform you, but doing this repair will basically cost you the same as just buying a new phone. I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but if you take the cost of the part plus the cost of the labour, you will end up paying the same, or even more for the repair.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Kind regards

Yesterday while it was raining my n72 got drenched with two or three droplets of water and 2 hrs of that the display is not visible what to do

Turn the device off and take the battery out, then place the phone and the battery into a bowl of rice, the rice works by absorbing the moisture out of things. Leaving it in there for a few hours should do the trick, if not the damage is irreversible and you will have to bring it in and either get another or have them replace whatever got ruined. Probably just the screen from what you are saying.

I have nokia n70..till yesterday it was working got switched coz its battery went when i was chargin tried to switch it on..but the screen is nly white no display, its makind beep...

Power cycle the phone. Here's what you need to do:

1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the SIM card and the memory card.
3. Give for about 5 minutes and then put everything back.
4. Turn the phone ON.

If the problem still the same, you need to bring it to the Nokia Care Center for possible firmware upgrade.

Have a great day!

Motherboard cost

remove battery and open what you can without destroying anything

let it all dry for a day or two or three sitting on the kitchen counter on a towel

re-assemble, put in the battery and see if it works

if not, discard and buy a new/refurb phone and stop texting while you're in the loo, eh!

Hint: Next time buy the insurance if you are accident prone; no one, not even Nokia, sells the motherboard separately. When that chap disappears out back to the service department, if they can't get your unit to work, all they are doing is swapping your old battery into a new unit and handing it back to you! Been there done that several times.

Nokia 6300: I could able to use the keypad of my nokia 6300

There may be problem in mother board... Remove the panel of your mobile and clean it... If this doesn't work then therre might be some open connection on the mother board... This will be done by the nokia care people and don't take advance to correct it... Good luck...
