probably there is paper underneath the printer..if you are handy you have to open the printer underneath to take stuck paper out.
or take apiece of clear place ,that can enter where you pass the paper.and let the plastic come the other side out.
probably it willcome with anything that is stuck beneath the printer

My TEXAS Instruments TI-83 plus just stuck , and whatever I push any bottoms. I try to take battery off and open it again and it still stuck .

TI calculators have an annoying habit of dimming the screen when the batteries are changed so that it appears as if the calculator isn't turning on. Turn the calculator on (or at least press the ON key). Press and release the 2ND key. Press and hold the Up-arrow key for a few seconds and see whether the screen becomes legible.

If this doesn't do it, please reply to this post and we can go from there.

My kids got a hold of my calculator. Now it won't

Apparently it's stuck in Exact mode. Press MODE then F2, move down to "Exact/Approx", press right-arrow, and choose the desired mode.

FYI: even when you get a fraction, you can convert it to decimal by pressing Diamond followed by ENTER.

Monroe 7130 displays an "E" and I won't respond.

Even you turn off then turn on the calculator, the 'E' still there? As I know, when 'E' display, if any key is stuck (press the key and it never pop up), all other entries will be ignore, until u release the key stuck. And, please confirm the printer is not stuck.

Ti-83 plus is frozen in the middle of a calculation.

This just happened to me. Running my fingers over helped because the problem was caused by a 'stuck' key. Sometimes it is clearly stuck to down but othertimes it is pretty hard to tell. Regardless when a key is pressed you can't press any of the others until it becomes unpressed.....so one thing to try is to hit the back of the calculator until the keys are all unstuck.
