How do i go back to factory setting so my phone is back to when i got in samsung soul


Goto the MENU and click onto SETTINGS and scroll down to RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTINGS the code is 12345 to complete.

Power Off the phone, take out the sim card power on the phone when asked to insert sim type
*2767*3855#
It will go through and do a master reset

ave you set it from inside the profiles for incoming calls. have you turned up the volume from the side of them phone when making or recieveing calls. set your pofile with all the loud tones and then it should work again.

I recently dropped Music and photo's onto a SanDisk micro SD card. All was fine, but the next morning, my Samsung Soul was not recognising the memory card. Nor was my home pc able to read the card either....


There are some people out there with "retrievers". I believe that its a hardware that retrieves data from broken hardware. Ask the locals around.
