If you want to do that you need to disassemble the phone. Just replace with same speaker and assemble the phone.

You can buy the speaker from electronic market or www.ipmart.com then you need an appropriate screw driver with is called T6 usually. First remove 2 screws in the back side below. Then carefully remove front side casing. Here under you will find more 4 screws. Unscerew them. Dismantle phone. You will find the speaker back of PCB.

For call volume, you can change when making a call.just use the side buttons to increase or decrease the volume.

I want to increase its speaker sound and ear piece sound but i dont know how to

Volume keys: These keys allows you to turn up or down the volume of the ringtone and the speaker. Press these keys to turn the volume display on, and to change the volume.
To lower the volume of the ringer during an incoming call, press the down volume key to the desired volume, or until the option changes to Vibration All Activated. The volume keys can also be used to scroll up or down to navigate through the different menu options. These keys are also
used when the Music Player is active. While on call turn on the speaker and increase the volume with the Volume Key.

My blackberry bolds ringtones dont work all it does is viberate

Make sure the speaker phone works. play the ringtones in the media folders if they play your phone's speaker is good, if they dont your speaker is bad.

If the speaker is good then go to the sound profiles and advanced to edit the profile of your choice... make sure it is the one you are using. Make sure it is set with ringtone volume play sound always

Cannot increase volume of ringtone.

On Verizon phones, all you need to do is open the phone and hit the up arrow on the side volume control to increase or decrease the ringtone volume. AT&T, I can not speak to.

W880i not ringing or message alert

Ok, Might seem like a daft question but is it on silent?

I'm guessing you chekced this already but it's easy to miss.

The first thing to check is whether it will make any sound at all - this is a good guide as to whether the speaker is broke or just settings are wrong. Being a Walkman phone you might have some tunes on it so see if they play. Do this through the walkman/media player feature as apposed to the ringtone area.

If they play then you know it's still working and some settings need changing. If not your speaker might be broken.

If the speaker works then you need to check the ringer volume. this can be done from MENU/SETTINGS/SOUNDS&ALERTS/RING VOLUME - this then needs to be set using left and right to go up and down.

After this is set test call the handset to see. If still no luck change the ringtone to another tone - something built into the handset preferably - might be a faulty tune. If still no luck check the the number calling the handset has not got any sound preferences - i.e. no tune when call received. If still no luck it might be broke...

hope this helps some what...
