if your model hasn't(you didnt specify model) you might have to restore from disc(you didnt specify whether you are talking about a netbook or a laptop with a drive either)

If you have the operating system cd, insert it to the cd tray and restart the pc. As soon as you see press any key to boot from CD, then press it. Install the fresh copy of the windows operating system and not select repair your system. Just follow the prompts and you will be able to make it...

If it is Vista or Windows 7
In CONTROL PANEL select RECOVERY
Then "Advanced Recovery Settings"
Then "Return your computer to factory settings".
