Question about Toshiba Satellite Pro M15-S405 Notebook
I did have the same trouble and then i did as u said and created the image on to a cd from the same laptop and tried booting but i keep getting an error msg saying " Failed to read platform id" Please tell me what to do next?
I have the button 'C' pressed down during restart and i even tried pressing F12 and booting from the CD.. or is there any other way i should do it!? kindly help.
Restart and get into bios setup
then on bios page set to default press f10 save and exit
then with recovery in drive restart press f7 and choose option boot from cd
are you sure you are using a recovery cd that came with your system and not a driver cd for the mother board
if you are still having a problem let me know and let me know any error messages
don;t forget to rate me
