Faulty internal power supply or ic component....best replace the system rather than repair, more economical .

Awia Stereo shuts off when volume is at 25+


That's the system's way of protecting itself from a burnout *(like a fuse). If you are not using the system's recommended speakers, this will continue to happen.
So, I'd highly recommend that you do some research, look for the manual, and get the correct speaker ratings. You might have to custom build your boxes, but, it will sure stop that problem.

Volume control not working . disc/cassette/ radio model number CX - NA767U.(1999). As you try to go up in volume sound will not turn back down.


the problem is you volume + and - tab is dirty.In your cassette case the - tab, it could only be cleaned if disaassembled. clean the plate and reaassemble again.

Stereo Turns On By Itself


You must have the timer set. Press CLOCK/TIMER button repeatedly until the clock symbol or the word REC with the clock symbol disappears.

you can try a universal remote controller which supports your device. this is an important issue that the universal controller must have the exact remote code of your device (preprogrammed) because your remote controller is out of duty; therefore, a controller with learning capability won't solve the problem you have.
