Question about Canon MP830 All-In-One Printer
Please press the power button to power off the printer. Unplug it from the wall socket. Wait for about 30 seconds before you turn it back on again.
If the error comes back after power-cycling the printer it means that there is an internal error caused by the hardware chip on the Logic Board of the device.
If your printer in under warranty then Canon will replace the same and that will fix the issue.
I will look forward to your feedback and rating.
