The red lights for the beans and water are on although there are beans and water in the containers. The door is closed etc. It was all working when I took the machine top off and the grinder blades to clean the muck out. They were gummed up. The grinder worked when I tested it. When I put the tops back on nothing works.

Best suggestion at this time is to have an Authorized SAECO Service Center check your machine. Contact Saeco USA Inc. to located a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : outlet@saeco-usa.com
