T-sonic MP3 is not working after formatted on windows

I found some virus on my Mp3 player [Transcend T-sonic], so i format on my windows system, now it's not working [both MP3 player & FM radio], so could you please help me what can i do now?

    MY player is not getting format and it is not getting on ...it is just showing initializing and switching off.......plz help..........

I've a transcend 610 mp3 player and a folder stored in it has gone corrupted and I am unable either to delete it on the device iteself or with the help of the computer. in background writing process is running continuously. Is any one has solution?

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Don't format transcend mp3 players in windows. It will delete system files. Reinstalling the firmware will help you. Download firmware update utility from transcend website.

Power On Issue!!!


You may want to call Transcend and find out if there is a button other than volume + that will force the player into Recovery Mode. Also, keep this in mind:
