Hello, Karen.

If you mean "ECM TX", that is Error Correction Mode

Here's the link for your manual. http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx330#BrochuresAndManuals
1. Click the link, select [ Save ], specify "Save As", then click [ Save ] to download the file.
Memo :
If you select [ Run ] ( or [ Open ] ) instead of [ Save ], the file will be automatically installed after it is saved.
2. The downloaded file will be saved in the specified place in the self-extracting form ( .exe format ).
3. Double-click the downloaded EXE file to decompress it, then installation will start automatically.

You may want to look at the Getting Started Guide, which you can find here:

http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx330#BrochuresAndManuals

Hope this helps.

Cant send or receive fax just get a fast busy signal when I try to send fax. please help

Normally a fast busy signal indicates a problem with the phone line. You need to call the phone company and have them do a "line check"
Sometimes they can fix this over the phone, sometimes a service call is required. No charge to you tho.

Turn off confirmation page

log into the web administration page as administrator
choose fax/scan tab
report settings
Tx Report
choose turn on/off/if tx fail
I chose both single and multiple destinations
if tx fails
Tested scan to email and fax to bad addresses and page printed as confirmation of failure
No pages printed for successful Tx

Note - you can still manually request confirmation at printer menu
Fax/scan
fax menu
tx report
on
enter
start fax or scan to email

Canon fax 2060P not recieving faxes

It seems that the protocol is failing. Just check, by printing a receive report. If there are errors it is after the check frame. If no errors, it is failing before the check frame. In either case, 1st aid is to listen using a handset for noise or static on the line. If the line is clear, then you will have to call service to change the tx/rx attenuation.
