Question about Dell Inspiron 5160 Notebook
I was listening to my headset when my sound started crackling, almost like when your head phones go out. So i unplugged it think that my headphones were no good, my sound worked fine on my speakers for awhile but when i shut it down and turned it back on later the sound no longer works. What can I Do?
Log on to support.dell .com
click on drivers and download
put in your service tag and you will get list of drivers
download latest audio driver
uninstall previous driver from device manager
restart the system and then install downloaded drivers
or else provide me the servica tag on your system its at the bottom panel, you just have to put your laptop upside down
