Question about Wharfedale Evolution 20 Main / Stereo Speaker
How they can even imply that it could be your fault is beyond me. Considering it is still under warranty they should be replacing it no questions asked. As long as the speaker is capable of taking the signal sent to it, which I have no doubt it is, then they should not be questioning you at all. I would seriously consider talking to a supervisor and start quoting the law to them about sale of goods act etc etc. See them squirm when you start talking about consumer rights.
