How they can even imply that it could be your fault is beyond me. Considering it is still under warranty they should be replacing it no questions asked. As long as the speaker is capable of taking the signal sent to it, which I have no doubt it is, then they should not be questioning you at all. I would seriously consider talking to a supervisor and start quoting the law to them about sale of goods act etc etc. See them squirm when you start talking about consumer rights.

Have 2 jbl 615 get good base and sub but neither tweeter playing

You will need to determine if it's the amplifiers or the tweeter themselves that are not working. If you open up the cabinets and check each tweeter with an ohm meter for continuity it will show if the tweeters are working, in which case the amp is the problem. if the meter shows that the tweeters are blown, you should still hook up another tweeter or speaker to the horn amp to see if it's blown and therefor took out the tweeters.
If any of this sounds complicated, you'd be best off taking the cabinets to the repair shop.

How do I get the password for my Phoenix room bios plus version 1.10 and Dell system optiplex gx400

If you set the password there is no way to recover it and thay don't normaly use default passwords now the default us null.

To clear the password (only do this if your laptop is out of warrenty) remove all power and remove the battery, open the case and locate the BIOS battery on the mainboard remove it leave it out for 1 -2 mins and replace put the the case back on replace the battery and there should now be no password on the BIOS you should have access.
If you are not happy removing the case take it to your local PC Repair shop and thay will do this for you

My concept amp just stoped workin just now i took off the back panel but evrythin looks ok what might it be?????

remove the back panel and look at the other side of the board, thats where u might see sum burn marks. or with amp powered up and back panel on jiggle the solid bar wires with a pair of insulated needle nose, maybe came loose from there. had that happen to me once with a memphis prd1000.1. soldered it back to the board and it pounded again

My visio tv stoped turning on lately.

Hello threefreecol, This is a common problem related to the capacitors on the power supply board. What you can do is to take the back off of the TV and look to see if any of the capacitors on the power supply board are bloated or puffy (signs of damaged capacitors). If they are change them out with new ones (you are going to need a soldering iron and a desoldering pump to do this). In any event this is a power supply problem. I believe your TV is still under warrenty, so you may want to take it to a shop the honors the VIZIO warrenty program. I hope this helps, Thank you, Shuttle83
