My LG VX9400 will not turn on at all, even when plugged in to a charger. I've only had it for a few weeks.
What happened to it? did you drop it down, or did it just go blank?

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Usually answered in minutes!
I had been talking on it for about 5 minutes, when it just died.
My phone did that too. To my knowledge I did nothing to damage it, it just turned off.
When I press the end button it looks as if its going to turn on but right as if says Verizon Wireless on the screen it goes black. I have put it on the charger but it just freaks out and does that a whole bunch of times. I've had this phone since christmas and its had no water damage, hard falls, or anything else like that. It has happened before but it always turns back on in a few minutes. Its been hours now.
I haven't dropped my phone, gotten water on it, or anything else. I have tried putting it on the charger. After about 15-25 minutes it will start charging but as soon as I take it off the charger it shuts down and will not come on! I have only had this phone for just a few days over a month but it has been doing this since just before I had it for a month. WHAT DO I DO?!?!
