Just bought a zune and I downloaded the cd but when i plug in the zune into my computer..all it does is have a picture of a plug and its lock. Please help

ApprenticeJust bought a zune and when I try to use it, it says "to start, visit www.zune.net/setup" and it doesn't let me use it.
