When I had this issue, it was a bluetooth compatibility issue, the phone was to new for the car.
Did it used to work with an older model phone? can you try another phone? this will narrow down the issue.

I have phone model 8925 i want to unlock this phone
go to xda-developers.com. then go to forums, then find the picture of the tilt (8925) and then read the wiki. It goes into detail on how to unlock the phone for free. It takes a while but it can be done for free (unless you would like to donate to the developers). Just be sure to read the wiki and also perform searches with the built in search. They don't like newbies asking the same questions over and over.

I forgot my password on my tilt 8925
only way to reset your phone is to reset it completely which will wipe everything off your phone.
Hold the 2 softkeys (under screen left & right) and at the same time push the reset button with your stylus. Continue to hold the soft keys until a message comes up asking if you want to do a reset

I can't view youtube videos on my HTC Tilt 8900 phone. A popup window come up and states that realplayer doesn't support this file.. Something along those lines. I use to have the youtube mobile app on my phone. I DL'ed it from youtube a few years ago.. But since I reset my phone to factory defaults, I can't find the app anymore.. I would like to know what I have to do to view youtube videos on my phone again.. Please help! :)
