Refer to your manual, you may have it not threaded right, your needle is inserted backwards, bent needle, it could be any of these problems. Go to Brother's website at

Bobbin thread not being picked up Necchi 7010

This is a tough fix. There is a metal ring with a hook on it that goes around the bobbin. Check that there are no threads jamming the bobbin parts. Short of that, sry its a trip to the repair shop.

Bobbin thread gets jammed

Is it forming a stitch at all? Do you have your needle set properly and are you certain it is the correct size. it sounds like the hook isn't catching the loop formed by the needle. If changing the needle doesn't help. it might be time for a clean and adjust.

I tried to change the position of the zipper foot and ended up breaking the needle and now the bobbin thread keeps snapping when I try to sew. What should I do to fix this problem?

There could be a couple of general reasons for this to happen.
First, the tension in the bobbin holder could have tightened when you were trying to fix the needle. I don't explain them, I just know strange things happen when you try to fix one thing.
Secondly, I can't tell how old your machine it, but I know that the mechanism that holds the bobbin holder can become jammed and the thread wound around it. That too will cause the bobbin to not feed properly. You need to be sure the area around the bobbin holder is clear of all threads.
How did you try to change the position of the zipper foot? Did you just change the needle position and move the foot to the other side or did you do something else? I'd need to have more information to tell you anything more specific.

My machine wont pick up the bobbin thread, and when it does, and I start sewing, it keeps jamming, and the thread locks around the bobbin spindle. It keeps sewing in one spot, which I have to cut the...

check that the bobbin thread is pulled thru 'the tongue' of the bobbin case: that is what controls general tension of the lower thread. also make sure the upper thread is threaded thru the tension disk and the disk is 'grabbing it'.

The thread jams in the bobbin well

Make sure that you are using the correct bobbins and you have put the bobbin the right way around, make sure that you have threaded the machine correctly, and the needle is around the right way, these are a few things you can check. These are just a few simple things that a lot of inexerience sewers could check before going to a technician.
