How do you hook audio speakers to a portable dvd player

I am guessing that by this question you mean using computer speakers with a 3.5 mm jack with a portable dvd player which might have a 3.5 mm jack or you could get an adapter cable composite audio (red and white) to a audio jack.
Hope this helps

Where exactly to put in the speaker jack on a dell inspiron desk top

Look at the back panel. you will find the audio jack. Green marked jack should be the speaker jack.

Audio jacks are located just below the USB and Lan port on the back panel of the CPU box.

Which socket does my speaker connector go in (back panel)?

Most sound card jacks have a GREEN colored ring around the speaker jack or have either an icon of a speaker or a variation of an arrow pointing inward. Look at the image below:

steve_con_0.jpg

Most sound cards have at least these 3 jacks. The color code is 99% standard. Use the icons to help interpret the jack functions when unsure.

I hope this helps!

How do I connect logitech x 530 speakers to an HP Pavilion Elite m9590a PC?

Most speakers come with a small 3.5 inch stereo jack that is typically green, but not always. This connects to the headphone jack on the laptop. look for headphone jack on the sides or front of the laptop, this is where you plug the speakers jack, its often green too. red is for a mic. hope that helps . Cheers

How do i hook up speakers to my lcd?

go to Radio Shack or whoever is closest for audio cables, ask for a mini-stereo jack to RCA male jack, it should look like a Y with the stereo mini female jack on one end and two (one red one black or white) old style speaker jacks. These should take care of the audio situation. It might be better to consider adding a tuner or media center to help direct the sound.

I own an e-machine talbe top computer model #MIV83 70H 03901. The other night I tried to jiggle around the wires in back connected to the speakers and I got them back. Now they fell out and I am really not...

On most computers, the audio jacks are color-coded. The GREEN jack is for the speakers, and the PINK jack is for the microphone. If your audio jacks are not color-coded or have different colors, there are also small graphics next to the jacks to help. For the speaker jack, you are looking for a jack that looks like a circle with an arrow pointing OUT from the center.

Hope this helps.

Hooking up stock speakers

is there a external jack for a speaker or head phones? If there is try your head phones or ext speaker. If you look inside your case you will see that the speaker wires go from the sound board to the jack to the speakers. Some times the jack gets something in it or stuck open and it doesnt let the sound go to the speakers
