Check for loose or dusty flexible connectors. (Please take care to switch off TV and remove plug from the power outlet and discharge high voltage capacitors before you do anything on the PCB) Apply cleaning oil in connectors wherever possible and remove and reconnect it a few times. If problem persists, it might need attention by a qualified service technician.
Hi ,Sorry, this is not a solution. I have a question about your line. Is it transparent? (can you see through if the picture is bright)Does it remain there all the time if you change inputs? My LG 42" just had a blue transparent line appear on the right side of screen. Tried a few trouble shooting things w/ no change. About 1 hour later it went away. Did you find a solution and what was it?
The address module that is at the bottom of the PDP in that location is the suspect and the cheapest repair. There is usually 3 to 4 modules at the bottom of the PDP and each one addresses information vertically. If it were just one pixe wide then the PDP would be bad.
