Hi,you didn't say who you got the game from,if its EA games then you will have to log in and at the bottom of the page,you'll see customer support.Left clicking that link will take you to your (my stuff) page click (my account)By default you'll be asked to re-enter your password.A new page will open,called my account.You should now see 5 tabs,you want (MY Games)the last tab.Left clicking my games tab will show you all your games and the codes.hope this has helped,don't forget to rate.
Ps if its not EA games,repost and please list the name of the provider.I'll keep watch for another posting.Good luck
