To request a new download or update of your software, please do the following:
1. Go to http://www.webroot.com/company/support/
2. Click on Request Download
3. Select the product you are using
4. Enter your last name and email address in the fields provided. Make sure that you provide the last name and email address that was used to register your software.
5. Click Request Download Instructions
You should then receive an email containing your license code as well as instructions on how to download your software.
