Thanks for the response! I have the original so I believe it's the correct one. I have taken it apart many times to no avail. I found a new one on ebay after checking with just about everyone else. Thanks!

First, double check the voltage on your adapter; XM uses BOTH 5Volt AND 6Volt adapters, and you need the correct one.
Second, sometimes the little plastic end of the DC adapter will come off and get stuck like a horseshoe over the little center pin. You will need a needle to remove this little plastic circle. Once the broken-off plastic disc is removed, your adatper will work much much better. See if that's the case and let me know.
Regards!

AC Power Adaptor LED won't stay on to power PC

First you you should test the AC power adaptor properly, then if it is in good conditions is important to test the electric circuit in the motherboard in order to find any trouble. There is a SMD fuse between de DC power jack and the rest of the circuit.

I need a n ew DC power jack for my pandigital

Most of the Pandigital tablets use the power adapter APR001 which provides 5V at 2A. This is available from Geeks.com here: http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=APR001 . Other vendors may also have the adapter.

If you need to replace the jack where the adapter connects, try Radio Shack or http://www.mcmelectronics.com . You need to measure the existing jack dimensions carefully. (This ensures that the adapter will connect properly.) When you desolder the old jack and solder in the new one, make sure that you keep the polarity the same. (Otherwise the adapter may not work.)

I hope this helps.

My Kodak Easyshare V1233 will only power up when plugged into the wall charger. Even after staying on the charger it will not power on unless plugged in.

Kodak has 3 types of charger that can be connected to a wall socket
USB AC Adapter - is especially useful when traveling, away from your computer, or just plain on-the-go. Connect your camera's USB cable to the adapter and plug it into a wall outlet to conveniently charge your camera.
5V AC Adapter - Provides in-camera charging for all KODAK EASYSHARE M and V Series Digital Cameras
Input: AC 100-240 V 50/60 Hz Output : DC 5.0 V
3V AC Adapter - Provides direct power to your camera but it will not charge the camera battery
Input: AC 100-240 V 50/60 Hz Output : DC 3.0 V

* You need to check the type of adapter your using. If your using the 5V AC adapter or USB adapter and the camera won't charge the battery contact kodak support line 1 800 235 6325 (23KODAK) for possible repair.

I need to find a source for D-Link Part Number JTA3020A 5V-2A

almost all d-link routers use the same power adapter. All that's important is that it is 5v DC output, and at least 2.0A output current. So you should be able to pull an adapter from another router.

you don't actually need a REAL d-link adapter either, any adapter that matches those specs and fits the plug will work. Just beware, if you plug one in that doesn't match, you'll damage the device. I"ve found adapters like these at the local thrift store all the time.
