as has been asked many times on this site, about the power light flashing 3 times on model d52w19 chassis ITC222. i was wondering if the hiss then squeal sound is a definate indicator of a certain part failure. and if so what part is it.

I Have a RCA Home Theatre 61" Model #: P61830BL. Recently when trying to turn it on I get a Hiss and Squeak sound it turns on and off quite quickly 4 times then stops, never displaying a picture or sound, what could the problem be? And how much would this cost to fix?

That could be the flyback transformer is arching , hope it helps AJ
