Question about Orange Cell Phones
Hi it sounds like your message center number could be wrong, all you need to do is call orange and tell them the make and model of phone you have got then ask them to give you the correct message center number and ask them how to store it in your phone.
once you have this you will be able to send and receive what ever you like
