Question about Samsung Office Equipment & Supplies
The easiest way to do this is to stand the printer on it's end with the Tray cassette removed. You will see a small white tab to the left of the pickup roller, you can use a car key or small flathead screwdriver to release the tab, it will rotate 90 degrees upward, then probably pop off (if not, slide it to the left to pull it out of it's hole), this will allow the pickup roller assembly to slide to the left.
Next, you will find a similar tab on the right hand side, which can be released in the same manner as the left hand tab by prying upward on it with a key or flathead screwdriver. this will release the pickup roller from the pickup drive shaft and allow you to work the roller assembly out of the printer. Follow the same procedure to fix the replacement roller.
