There may be a problem with the Oven Temperature Sensor, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.

She will want your complete model and serial numbers and a phone number and address where you can be reached. She will arrange for A & E Factory Service to contact you to set up an appointment to come out and replace the control panel at no cost to you.
