I have the same problem with my Bosch SHU44 built-in-dishwasher. Original problem was water wouldn't pump out and overfilled. Can I reach the safety shut off from the bottom of the machine? Thanks.

My GE Monogram dishwasher sounds like the motor is running but there is no water going into dishwasher.

Check the float in the bottom of the dishwasher - it may be stuck in the up position, which shuts off the water. - unless it's an old Maytag - which then would indicate that the belt is broken.

Water not coming through to coffee

Could be one of several faults depending upon style of m/c. Have you got a water pump and is it runnig, it may be jammed. If pump ok, is the water getting hot in boiler? is the shower plate blocked? this should come out for easy cleaning or replacement, check it water comes out with filter removed

My 1997 bmw 318 ti keeps over heating

check your hoses see if when runnig they close up,if not loo for vents for letting are out of the system if ther is a air pocket inyour coolant system it willcause the engine to overheat make sure to run the heat when refilling coolant system. if this fails to solve your problem look for a gurgling sound coming from the rad or over flow tank look for this when engine is cold and runnig if you do hear this then you might have a blown head can buy a blown headgasket detection kit from your local auto parts store if you do hear or see this symtom.

Water leaking from a hole under the engine near the water pump when the engine is runnig. dose this mean the water pump gasket has blown?

Yes, you have 2 gaskets-one one on the water side, one on the oil side; between them is a hole as a protection - to prevent water spilling in the oil or viceversa in case of a gesket failure. You need to replace the gasket set asap.

Air push button does not stop the runnig motor

Check the switch and air lines. You probably hear the switch clicking but not the pump. It probably goes into an air powered solinoid for the actual switch, away from the water. Ckeck those connections.
