I have a FreshStart Oasis FSTB-B60. The water is running slow. Should I put vinnegar in to clean it?

put an ozone generator inside for 5-10min. Unplug the microwave, then run the ozone generator for 5-10min. IF that does not work you may need to start replacing plastic bits inside.

water temp should be a minimum 140 degrees at inlet this can be checked with meat thermometer at kitchen faucet,also need proper fill of water entering dishwasher proper water pressure and fill also important for proper cleaning of dishes,if water is slow entering you may have sediment inside fillvalve screen if on well water in this case you will have to disconnect water supply line and take valve apart the screen is in side valve reassemble and test operation...if this does not work you may have to replace inlet vavle

you should be able to clean it with a store bought descaler,but read the instructions before buying, or check with the assistant first.

Try cleaning it with vinegar. Sounds like you need alot of help on this one run a full pot of vinegar through the machine. with a paper filter in the basket. then run two to three full pots of just water. this should help decale the coffee pot.

The first rule in using a microwave oven is NEVER NEVER NEVER put metal of any kind inside. You are very lucky to have a microwave to clean and are able to talk about it.

Clean it manually until every last bit is cleaned out ... cross your fingers and hope it works when you turn it on for the first time. Put a coffee cup full of water inside. Do not test for longer than 1 minute 50 seconds. If the water is hot, you can continue to use your oven.

best way to do this is to put a hot bowl of water in the machine with lemon juice in it run on high for ten mins it will drive out all yucky smell buildup and simply wipe the iner casing with a clean cloth as the steam will lossen all the food splatter

I dont have manual either but I do not put water under the liner when using it, have had no problems.

hi, running it with nothing in it will cause it no harm, the only object that will cause it any harm is if you place anything metalic inside it whilst it is switched on.

to clean a microwave most people place a bowl of clean water inside and put the microwave on high for 5 to 10 min doing this breaks up any grime stuck inside the microwave making it easier to wipe off, you can also put a wet cloth in a bowl and switch it on doing this does the same as a bowl of water.

so the only thing that can cause damage is anything with metal in it this will cause it to short out.

Put in one cup of water at 2 1/2 minutes on high -- it should boil.

The fan slowing down is normal becaue the magnetron, which does the heating and, which pulls about 10 amps, will drop the voltage across the fan and slow it down.

What type of circuit was your old microwave using? Was it a circuit dedicated to the microwave?
