Question about HP LaserJet 2840 Printer
When the scan is completed and the computer send it out, you get a message File is To Big and exeed the space allowed by your Server Provider
This is not an issue with your printer, this is an issue with your email provider. It's telling you that the file size is too big to be sent by your email provider.
You can check with your email provider to see if they can increase the size that attachments are allowed to be, but that is no guarantee that the person you are sending to can receive files when they are that big.
The best solution is to either scan at a lower resolution, or use a more compressed file format. If you're not doing so already, scan to a .jpg file format. If that still does not work, try reducing the scan resolution... start at 600dpi, then maybe go down 100dpi at a time until it is small enough to send.
