WizWell first of all if you remove the water your second problem(smells) will go away.You have a clogged water pump plain and simple.To fix it cheap you have to unclog it by taking the two hoses off it and you'll see the problem stuck inside the pump.So, remove what you find and you now saved a lot of money!
