Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
What up, when i turn on my mp3 player i start to play a song but i cant hear anything, but i know its not the earphones because i can listen to other things with it. whats wrong with mine
P.S. i have another question( you dont have to answer it but i would really appreciate it if you did) i have an invion 2GB mp3 player i bought and when i try to turn it on it doesnt, but when i hook it up with the computer the screen turns on but when i disconnect it the screen turns off
Try different headphones, see if they work. Also, go into the audio settings menu, and make sure all of the audio settings are kosher.
As for the Invion...it is normal for an mp3 player to do "something" when you unplug it from computer - turn on, update, turn off when you disconnect it from computer, etc. It is not normal for you to get power ONLY when you are connected to computer. After disconnecting from computer, try turning the mp3 player back on - does it turn on? Make sure it is fully charged, of course.
If it won't turn on outside of plugging it into computer, then hold in the volume + button before you reconnect it to computer and continue holding it for 10-30 seconds after reconnecting - Windows will try to reload any missing drivers/software. If the problem persists, I would find out if your mp3 player is still in warranty, b/c it will need to be replaced.
