Question about Maytag Refrigerators
This fan should operate when the door is CLOSED - so you will not see it operate. It replaces the old-style damper - that controls the cool air coming from the freezer to keep a pre-set temp.
If it is not working at all - this is the cause of the temp rise in the fridge.
Further testing will need to be done to determine if it is the fan, or controller board that has failed. (fan could also be frozen)
