It sounds like the problem is coming from your DMD board this part has millions of micro mirrors that have to turn from the on position to the off position thousands to times per second to reflect the light some of this mirrors are getting stuck and that is the reason you get this effect here is some info about your TV projection

Cracked screen & white dots appearing since the crack appeared

I have a Mitsubishi TV and had the same problem. There is a mirror that moves to control each pixel. When some of them fail to move you get the white dots. Google your problem and a company will come up(sorry forgot the name).,you can buy the new part from them and they have exact utube videos to help you do the repair. Took me about an hour. Part was around $150. Very rewarding feeling when you turn the tv back on with no white dots.Still dot free after two years

I have nec np200 and there's a lot of dots appeared on the screen. what seems to be a problem

I have 2 NP-200 projectors installed in a school which show white dots on a black background and black dots on a white background. This is caused by the DMD chip losing pixels. Only solution is to replace the chip, I'm researching now if that i an economical solution.

I have white dots on the screen of my hsl4266wx/xaa?

If these dots are only seen when the picture is on I would look for the Optical Block to be causing it. Are the dots in the same place each time you turn it on?
