How to replace the blower in a Senville SENA-24HF Mini Split Wall unit?

You have to pump down the a/c and remove the indoor unit. If not

The bottom of front side of front panel there are 3 screws. Unscrew and remove the front panel. Then unscrew PCB board. Then Unscrew the coil, and slightly keep upward and replace the blower.

My carrier split ac trip after some time and green light blinking contsly

If this is a ductless split call a tech! The ductless split systems can be a troublesome unit to diagnose. A few things to try. Clean air filters and ensure coil behind is clean. And build up or debris on blower wheel (indoor fan blades) will cause unit to fault. Turn off power at breaker or disconnect and clean (with water hose and medium pressure) the outdoor coil. Be sure you will not damage outdoor coils fins with too much water pressure. Turn power on. If this simple service don't do it again, call a tech! Be sure to ask if they have someone who is experienced with mini split systems and be patient. Even the best technician will need to call carrier for tech support.

How can I fix a vibrating sound on a ecox mini split A.C

IT depends on how old the unit is and the conditions in your area but in split systems the motor is connected to a blower that produces the air flow. This blower is cylindrical in shape with a number of bars that produce the air flow. Over time this blower builds up with debris from the air in you building ( cooking fat--smoke -moisture- etc and is like what collects on the filter. This is what unbalances the blower and has to be removed first. Look up under the opening where the air comes out of and you will see the blower and you will be able to see if it has a build up on the blades. There are ac cleaning products on the market that you can spray in while the unit is operation but be prepared to have to catch the dirty air and bits that will come out. If you have no experience it may be best to get an ac mechanic to come and clean the unit for you.

Fujitsu mini split clicking noise from air handler sounds like plastic gears grinding. Doesn't do it all the time

something is evidently in the blower assembly or squirrel cage. If you can get to it, turn the unit off and inspect the blower assembly. you will probably find something easy to remove.

Indoor blower unit getting loaded with mold...Y. and how do i stop it.

Mold spores are probably coming from surrounding surfaces... The simple fix is BLEACH...but washing the unit(with the power off) will not fix the problem if you dont kill the mold spores on surrounding surfaces... [simple: the blower circulates AIR,,, MOLD SPORES TRAVEL THROUGH THE UNIT AND LAND ALL OVER IT...] find the source, kill the source... and maybe go see the Doctor, the mold may be in your lungs too...

BLOWER NOISE

Could be a loose blower wheel. It has slipped and touching the sides of the blower housing.
Turn off the power to the nit.
Remove the 2 bolts holding the blower in place.
Make yourself a wiring schematic.
Remove the wires.
Be careful not to touch the capacitor.
Remove the blower housing.
Clean the blower blades.
Spin the wheel to see where it is hitting.
Loosen the set screw on the motor shaft and adjust your blower wheel.

Broken barrel fan

I am not familiar with the Blueway brand but have never seen an air conditioner on which you could not replace the fan.

Is this a split system or a window unit? If a window unit it may not be worth the trouble.
