Theres a harness you can buy to bye-pass the premium sound unit at theback of the van or you can just hardwore it and run new speaker, power and ground lines from the back to the dash. its cheaper but a litte more work. i dont know the naeof the harness or model number or anything but i do have one. Feel free to email me if you cant figure it out and ill dig the harness out for you.

you should plug in the new harness and meter the wires to make sure there is power on two of the wires one will always be powered for memory the other should be powered when ignition is on if both test ok then check the in line fuse links on the radio wire harness I hope this helps good luck....
go to pepboys or any place they sell car radios you can purchase an adapter harness that will plug into your factory wire harness that will give you a list of the wires to make the job simple the harness cost about 5 or 10 bucks good luck....
This radio can not use a common ground. If your speakers are all grounded together you will blow up the amp IC in the radio. The negative speaker wires run at about 6 or 7 volts and so do the positive speaker wires.
Trust me, run new speaker wires, do not common ground any of these speakers

Not a whole I can do to help. What I can do is refer you to go get a Chilton, or Haynes manual thac voers your Plymouth Voyager. They have schematics with wire colors labeled.You will have a good shot at figuring out which wire is which.
