Question about Cell Phones
I myself had this problem. I called Motorola and they said it is a defect of the phone. Their solution was to have me send in the phone to them, for an unspecified amount of time, and do without a phone, or to take it in to a authorized dealer to have them fix it at my cost.

take the battery out of your phone with the power on. then try to turn it back on and see what happens. if still a problem take it to a sprint store. they can replace it.
