Question about Samsung Star GT-S5233 Cell Phone
I've had the propel for a year an a half an really like it.today i experienced the "download" screen an spent nearly 2 hours with tech support. they concluded the phone was "probably spent" so i ordered a new model (free of course). however, due to my unsatiable appetite for self reliance I decided to tinker with the phone one last time. This is the solution that actually friggin worked: all you have to do is repeatedly plug and unplug the charger from the phone until the "download" screen goes away. how often the simple solutions elude us.now i gotta try an cancel my order for the new phone.at least i can do it from my propel, yahoo!!!

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
