Question about Panasonic KX-T7630 Corded Phone
No. The question is, why would you unplug the phone in the first place? It's a system phone, so I'm guessing that you either plugged it into the wrong jack, or you used a 2-pin base cord instead of 4 pins. Panasonic digital phones use the outer pair of a base cord.
