Question about Gateway Sb-4100-A PC Desktop
I want to install new memory and i just cant get this thing open!
Pull the black clip on the back up
then use the little indented circles on each side and press in and pull up
once inside switch three green tabs to show red.... then lift up the back metal base up and it will pull away from the RAM area

Send or upload a picture of your computer and I will try to assist you; have you tried just looking in the back of the computer. typically there should be two screws and an indentation on the side panel to pull it back.
