Screen on printer will not light up (by 2 users)

My HP p hotosmart 2575 all-in-one printer screen will not light up. Once in a while it will flicker on momentarily. It is very difficult to print out when I can not see the menu. Can you help me?

MY SCREEN IS COMPLETE BLANK NO FLICKERING. IT DOES MAKE IT DIFFICULT WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SCAN SOMETHING AND NOTHING HAPPENS BECAUSE I CAN'T SEE THE SCREEN. DID YOU SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM
