Check out this tip that I wrote about that... it is a great place to start trouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then calling a repair person to do a simple thing for you...

Hi i have a problem with the above fridge/freezer all the lights are on it makes the appropreiate noises at the right time the fan is working fine no previous problems but now the fridge and the freezer...

Hi, if the freezer fan is on, you need to get behind it and remove the panel where the compressor and condenser coil and fan motor are located. They both should be up and running also. If not, feel the top of compressor and see if it is hot but Carefully, they can get very HOT. If the fan motor is not running, that will be the problem. If it is, see if the front of the coil is dirty, like a sheet of dirt on it. Clean it. If the compressor is hot and off, and fan is running, the compressor is off on external overload. Locked up.If it tries to start you can hear it click off and back on. This is the overload. More then likely, the compressor will be faulty. If the motor is off, replace it and it will work as soon as the compressor cools down. Unplug it if the motor is bad. You can get one at a appliance parts store. Take all part, model, serial, numbers along. Check these out and keep me posted.
Sincerely,

Frige gets hot and makes clicking noises.

Sounds like the compressor is not working very well the clicking is the compressor starter trying to start the compressor. May be low on freon or bad compressor. You can probaly buy one cheaper than fixing this one

My fridge freezer GR359SQ is making a constant buzzing noise and is hot to the touch round door area and the side.

The hot touch around the door area is normal. Buzzing sound can come from anything in and around the compressor. A slight bend of tubing can change this. Feel around the compressor while it is running and you may notice a change in the sound which is caused by resonant frequency in the routing of the tubing or mounting of the compressor. Hope this helps

Divider red hot

I'm not familiar with the Samsung refrigerators, but on most side-by-sides the evaporator (cooling) coils are located within the divider partition between the two sides.... along with the defroster 'heater' coils. During the defrost cycle, this panel may feel warm/hot to the touch. Are the freezer/refrigerator sections staying as cold as they should be otherwise? If they are also TOO WARM, then you may have a 'defrost cycle' relay or timer motor malfunctioning.

also see if the fan works properly.

Good luck..

Noise from Deodorizer

Sounds like the circ. fan may be hitting something or has a blade broken off. The refer gets cool air from the freezer section to cool it so the fan aids in the circulation along with vents/dampers, etc. to move air into the refer compartment. If that fan is broken off the motor shaft or something then the motor can run but no air will move. See if you can feel air moving out of the vents, it will be a little bit of "blowing" not a huge wind. A wet hand can help feel for wind. I believe the deodor light may indicate a change is needed (but check the owners manual for actual meaning). If there is no air flow open the freezer section and see if the air flow is noticed then... if a air channel if frozen and can't draw air from the proper area, opening the freezer door will give it outside air and you may feel flow then, that would tell you of a frozen air channel issue.

Fridge motor is very very noisy

It sounds like it could be ice around the fan motor. Unplug it and let it defrost for about 12 hrs with the doors open. Plug it back in and see if it has quit making the noise. If it did it probably needs the defrost timer replaced. Good luck. kstfas
