Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
When ever i go to play a game it keeps on reading the disc and after it trys to read the disc its comes up with a message saying that it cant read the disc
it happens to all my disc i put in there. and all my disc do not have one scratch on them
what may be the problem and what can i do

I have a friend who owns a japanese ps3. all seems fine until recently none of the 9 games i have will open up. before when i inserted a game disc it would show up under the game tab. but now im seeing nothing and none of my games will play as before they would start automatically, everything else is working fine the ps3 im able to go to playstation netowkr and browse the net etc but none of the games load up. is anyone else familiar with this problem?

Maybe ur system is corrupt so u might have to contact sony and ask them about it, did ur games work fine before?

hello If this agame that you've been able to play before and now are having a problem with, one solution might be that the reader or your console could be dirty. You could try one of those drive cleaners that look like a regular dvd.These can be bought almost anywhere they sell video products. Another option might be to try cleaning it with a can of compressed air. Try blowing out the drive. If its only happening with this game, you might have a software issue. In which case your going to need to update your system
