The Apex (tv) code using a Phillips Magnavox 5-in-1 universal remote (model MRU3500) is:
0023, 0223, 0123, 1814, & 0741

Don't know what remote you have so here is the 4 digit device code for APEX tv's 0156

And the 3 digit device codes for APEX tv's 214 215 216 401

If none of these work let me know exactly what remote you have and I will supply the code.
