Question about LG KU990 Viewty
Phone turned itself off and now, wont turn back on. Checked the battery in another phone and the battery still works.
Hey there,I think i've just found the solution, there is a wee brass terminal inside the phone above and below the camera iris when you take the cover off and inside the cover there are little silver receiving terminals, those were needing cleaned and the back shoved fully on, when i did this the phone started straight away.
I think that these additional terminal point complete the baterry circuit and let the phone know the back is on.

My Viewty turns itself off and sometimes won't switch back on after I pull out and replace the battery.
I short circuited the battery in sheer frustration (don't try this at home) and now it works. Weird?
Piece of s**t phone.

I have the same exact problem.. it turns itself off just out of nowhere, to turn it back on I have to remove the battery and put in back on. annoying when you're using the alarm for the morning!
