Try this few steps to resolve your issue:
1. update the driver from the Device Manager.
2. right-click My Computer on your Desktop
3. and then on the Hardware tab, select the Device Manager button.
4. In the Device Manager window, identify the CD or DVD drive item (with Yellow exclamation mark)
5. right-click on it and select Update Driver.
Please follow the screen instructions to update the device driver and restart your PC.
